SmartCLM Refund Policy
1. Payment
- 1.1 Use of the Company's packages is paid, and the corresponding fee is indicated on the website for the individual packages, in the pricing field;
- 1.2 Payment for a package is made using the available online methods. Once payment has been completed, the amount is non-refundable, except in cases provided for by law.
2. Full Refund of the Amount Paid
- 2.1 The user is entitled to a full refund if payment has been made but the document formation process has not begun (the user has not entered the data-entry section);
- 2.2 A full refund is available within 24 hours of payment.
3. Partial Refund Period
- 3.1 A partial refund is available in the following case: the user has begun entering data (the service has started), but the document has not yet been generated, and no more than 2 hours have elapsed since data entry began;
- 3.2 The Company is authorized to retain an administrative service fee (50% of the amount paid) as compensation for the use of technical resources;
4. Non-Refundable Period
- 4.1 A refund does not apply in the following cases:
- 4.1.1 The document has already been generated — this constitutes full performance of the service.
- 4.1.2 More than 2 hours have elapsed since document formation began, even if the document has not been fully created due to the user's actions;
- 4.1.3 The user entered incorrect data, as a result of which the system automatically creates an undesired document;
- 4.1.4 The user changed their decision after receiving the document;
- 4.1.5 The user failed to provide the program with the necessary information or halted the process;
